Case #2 – Implantation
Loosening of teeth occured in several places in the upper jawbone and caries was detected in several places. The patient wanted to have her upper dentition restored. Given that these teeth were not in a condition to anchor the restoration on them, it was decided to remove the teeth.
Following the immediate implant placement, we also made an immediate plastic denture in about a week (All-on-six implanation). After six months of healing time, we made the final, screw-fixed replacement, also from plastic.

Case #3 – Implantation
Because of lower and upper moving teeth, chewing became impossible. As a result, a series of extractions took place, followed by all-on-six implant method. Due to the good condition of the existing lower left implant, it was used to build up the denture.

Case #4 – Implantation
Before condition: complete upper circular bridge, the abutment teeth below which were significantly decayed.
Status afterwards: after removing the decayed abutment teeth, we performed an All-on-four type of implantation. The picture shows the final upper denture.

Case #5 – Dentures
The patient wanted to have his upper teeth restored. He said that both chewing and aesthetics were important to him, so at the end of our conversation we agreed to make an upper Prettau circular bridge.

Case #6 – Aesthetic interventions
Indirect dental veneers made of Prettau material. Right upper two teeth are missing, with orthodontic treatment the canines have taken the place of the two teeth.

Case #7 – Conservative dentistry
The patient’s lower right sixth tooth was reconstructed. At his request, we tried to avoid root canal treatment. Considering that the tooth was cavitated up to the level of the gum, we had to take down almost all the crown material. This made it impossible to find a “grip” for the filling material. Finally, the tooth was reinforced with so-called Parapulpal pins to ensure the long life of the finished work. The treatment took one session.

Case #8 – Dentures
In our patient’s case, we replaced the old metal-ceramic restoration as part of aesthetic and functional rehabilitation. Metal-ceramic bridges were made in the back region, and zircon bridges were made in the front area.

Case #11 – Implantation
Patient came to us with lower and upper complete loss of teeth. He wanted a fixed replacementtooth, which could be removed if necessary (screw-retained) (All-on-six). After placing the implants and after four months of healing, we finally decided on a metal-ceramic restoration.

Case #13 – Dentures
The patient came to our clinic for the replacement of an upper tooth gap. He asked for a long-term, stable solution. Following the removal of the teeth to be extracted and the filling and reconstruction of the existing carious teeth, we opted for a bridge from the right upper fifth tooth to the left upper eighth tooth for proper aesthetics. The replacement was carried out with metal-ceramic glued crowns in approximately two weeks.

Case #15 – Implantation
The patient wished to have his lower and upper dental arch restored. Most of his teeth had moved so much that they could no longer be saved. After CT scans and X-rays, we decided together for immediate implantation and immediate straining, first for the upper and then for the lower jaw (all- on-six implantation).
